Tank Heating Systems

Additional features available for measuring devices include heating systems capable of maintaining high temperatures. Heating can be controlled manually, via a thermostat, or remotely.

Tank Pressure Testing

The measuring device can be equipped for pressure testing, allowing the pressurization of liquid compartments or technical devices, including vacuum testing. The pressure range for measurements is 0.07–250 bar. To improve visibility, viewing glasses or cameras can be integrated, offering a clear view inside the equipment.

When test liquids frequently change, an automatic emptying function provides an efficient solution. At the push of a button, the measuring unit and pipelines can be completely emptied.
For seasonal measuring and inspection equipment, a flushing function prevents issues such as corrosion, biological growth, and freezing. The flushing agent can be manually dosed or connected directly to the measuring device.

Documentation 24/7

We manufacture the measurement systems ourselves, and our operating model is highly agile. It is important to us that accurate measurement documentation is as easy as possible for the customer. Therefore, a network-based documentation system can be integrated into the equipment already during the manufacturing phase. This means that there is always a real-time trace of the measurements, where all the tests performed with the equipment and their results are stored directly in the cloud service.
